| Year 7 attended a Gamelan Workshop under the auspices
of the London Symphony Orchestra. |
The Chamber Choir and staff are still riding the crest of a wave after their return from an extremely successful weekend of concerts and fun in Prague, during which they sang in the Tynska Cathedral in front of Bishop Vaklav Mali, a national hero of the Velvet Revolution. There were also opportunities for relaxation although they treated an audience to an impromptu concert on a riverboat trip. | The Music Department organised a fantastic Prep Schools' Orchestral Day involving 170 children from 9 schools. At the end of the day, all the children gathered together in the John Leakey Hall to perform the three pieces they had been rehearsing during the day. |
