Year 4 Anglo Saxon Day

Writing as an Anglo Saxon was quite challenging.	Anglo-Saxon Dress
	Year 4 spent a cold winter's day in Canterbury, exploring the cathedral.  They were glad of the warm, medieval cloaks!
Year 4 boys enjoyed the different practical skills to be tackled in the cathedral workshop.

	All of Year 4 enjoyed the different India Day activities.
Invading as Normans and defending as Saxons was tiring on the hills at Battle.  Deciding who won was difficult but everyone had great fun on a perfect sunny morning.
