During Arts Week,
Year 3 were lucky to take part in lots of fun and interesting activities.

| John from Splatz came to visit Years 3 and 4 as part
of Arts Week. In a single day, we rehearsed four scenes to creat a
play based on 'Treasure Island'. When the children were not rehearsing,
they were busy creating props and costumes for the performance which
they gave to the rest of Little Stream and their parents at the end
of the day. |

Jim Bernardin from World Music Workshops showed the
children a variety of drums and percussion instruments and led a workshop
for each class.

Mrs Carter organised a variety of chromatography experiments during Year
3 Science lessons in Arts Week.
